As a Field Engineer Support professional, you will be the first point of contact for our customers (residential, commercial, and developers) for natural gas , electric, and joint trench requests; responsible for reviewing drawings for land/subdivision development, discussing existing layouts, and working with individual homeowners and commercial customers making modifications to gas and electric services. In this role, you will be responsible for projects ranging in scope from large land development projects, designing utility infrastructure, relocating gas and electric infrastructure requested from the City of Colorado Springs or the Colorado Department of Transportation, reviewing individual residential customer service changes or meter relocations. Serving as a subject matter expert for customers during the design phase, you will be working in one of the most plugged-in groups in the company!
