Starting Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000/year
Essential Job Functions:
•Plan, coordinate, and execute field evaluations of EV charging systems.
•Develop comprehensive field testing protocols to measure system performance.
•Analyze real-world data to assess the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of products.
•Identify and document technical issues during field testing, proposing actionable solutions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate field feedback into design improvements.
•Provide technical support during on-site system installations.
•Ensure testing activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
•Conduct training sessions for field technicians on testing procedures and equipment.
•Develop detailed evaluation reports for internal and external stakeholders.
•Perform system diagnostics and resolve operational issues during field trials.
•Monitor environmental impacts on system performance and document results.
•Collaborate with external vendors and partners to streamline field evaluation processes.
•Manage and maintain field testing equipment and supplies.
•Stay current with emerging EV technologies and incorporate best practices into field testing.
•Communicate findings effectively with engineering, product, and management teams.
Job Responsibilities:
•Ensure all field evaluations are completed within established timelines and budgets.
•Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues during field trials.
•Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and ensure system satisfaction.
•Work closely with certification and compliance teams to validate product performance.
•Support the marketing team by providing technical demonstrations of products in real-world scenarios.
•Maintain accurate records of all testing activities and outcomes.
•Contribute to the development of innovative evaluation methodologies.
•Assist with the preparation of product launch materials by providing field performance insights.
•Lead a team of field technicians and ensure adherence to testing protocols.
•Represent Dunamis Charge at industry events and workshops to showcase field evaluation expertise.
•Develop new metrics to measure product success during real-world deployments.
•Facilitate workshops and seminars to share field evaluation findings with the broader organization.
•Optimize field evaluation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
•Identify trends in field data to drive innovation and product improvements.
Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in field evaluation or related roles.
•Strong understanding of EV charging systems and infrastructure.
•Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, including Six Sigma and engineering problem solving tools.
•Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues in the field.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety requirements for EV systems.
•Willingness to travel extensively for field evaluations.
•Strong organizational and project management skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
•Experience working with environmental testing and compliance processes preferred.
•Highly analytical mindset with attention to detail.
