A1 Excavating is a Wisconsin based Underground Utility Contractor specializing in Excavating, Site Clearing and Underground Utilities. With over 40 years of experience in the WI, MN region, A1 is a top competitor for all water main, sanitary and storm Sewer work in the region. Stout Excavating Group (SEG) is a progressive contractor that performs mining and civil construction services in multiple states across the United States.

SEG companies are currently seeking Field Safety Specialists to become valuable members of our expanding team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees by providing exceptional safety and health guidance. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety programs both within our organization and with external partners. Your efforts will greatly contribute to fostering a positive and proactive behavior based safety culture that prioritizes the well-being of all individuals involved.
