Job Overview

We are searching for highly motivated, technically competent, and mechanically inclined individuals to join our Field Service Team. In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining system uptime, availability, and performance for deployed units on customer sites in a specific region. You will train at our Headquarters in Menlo Park, CA and be assigned a particular service region, which will require travel. For those inclined, there are ample growth opportunities within Mainspring, and we offer full benefits, including vacation and sick time, 401K, and pre-IPO stock options.

This position is onsite at our Vineland, NJ location. The salary will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions based on employee location as well as the experience of the employee. Along with the base salary, Mainspring offers pre-IPO stock options + benefits.
