Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis (including an applicable internship), who is looking to grow their skills in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and help build out an FP&A function within a sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

•

Collaborate with various departments to assist in analysis.

•

Develop and maintain advanced models for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

•

Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by management.

•

Assist in the preparation of presentations and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

•

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data used in analysis.

•

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis.

•

Help streamline financial processes and identify areas for efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

•

1-2 years of relevant experience (including internship) in financial analysis, accounting, or similar role.

•

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, advanced formulas, and charting).

•

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

•

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, QuickBooks) is a plus.

•

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

•

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

•

Experience in a corporate accounting or finance department.

•

Exposure to financial planning & analysis (FP&A) processes.

•

Basic understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
