Job Summary: The Foreman will have a strong understanding of concrete placement, site logistics, and crew management while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Develop and manage daily work schedules to ensure projects stay on track.
•
Identify, evaluate, and manage crew members to optimize team performance.
•
Supervise and manage crew performance, including providing feedback and ensuring accountability
•
Communicate effectively with general contractors, superintendents, and other trades.
•
Accurately enter employee time daily for payroll reporting (AL Mobile)
•
Oversee the proper setup and operation of concrete pumps, cranes, and other heavy equipment.
•
Promote Suntec's core principles to cultivate a collaborative, accountable work culture and encourage an ESOP mindset that emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and long-term investments
Requirements:
•
Extensive knowledge of concrete construction, including materials, placement, and finishing.
•
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
•
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
•
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
•
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, reports, and specifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
