Summary: The basic function of a Foreman-Supervisor is to supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in construction, installation and repair of Residential and light Industrial fence. Foremen must work within a precise standard of accuracy with safety as a top priority. Demonstrate understanding of flat drawings or pictures are necessary in this field along with following oral and written directions, plans, and blueprints.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to obtain DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate. OSHA 10 certification. Ability to pass drug screening (Including Marijuana).

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret work orders, construction documents, plans and specifications.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, and members of the business community.

You have a good working knowledge of the tools & equipment used in construction including augers, generators, diggers, post pounders, saws, hammers, general hand tools and compressors.

You are able to work with cellular phones, GPS software, tablets and portable computers.

Hoisting License a plus
