Position Summary

Manage and coordinate the daily asphalt laydown crew on placing spec asphalt on assorted heavy highway paving projects with a safety first style. Communicate closely with the operations manager and asphalt plant personnel. Maintain positive communications with customers, crew, and state inspectors. Responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and securing of company assets. Complete required daily and monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements* HS Diploma or equivalent GED required; college degree, trade school in asphalt/construction management or equivalent field experience preferred
