Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Frac Supervisor, Senior to join our team in the Middle East. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate fracturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and technical compliance.
Operational Responsibilities:
•
Plan, coordinate, and oversee fracturing operations to ensure smooth execution.
•
Supervise frac crews and service companies to ensure operational efficiency.
•
Ensure proper equipment, materials, and chemicals are available at the job site.
•
Monitor well site activities, including pressure control, fluid pumping, and sand logistics.
•
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Safety & Compliance:
•
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
•
Conduct risk assessments and implement hazard control measures.
•
Ensure proper well control procedures are followed at all times.
•
Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks.
Logistics & Coordination:
•
Manage scheduling of frac jobs and mobilization of equipment and personnel.
•
Coordinate with drilling, completions, and production teams to align frac schedules.
•
Work closely with third-party service providers for efficient execution.
Data Monitoring & Reporting:
•
Monitor and analyze frac job performance, including pressure, rate, and fluid composition.
•
Prepare reports on frac job efficiency, costs, and operational challenges.
•
Maintain records of equipment usage, fluid volumes, and job execution details.
Team Leadership & Training:
•
Provide leadership and direction to frac crews and service providers.
•
Train and mentor field personnel to improve performance and safety awareness.
