Position Summary: Responsible for building and maintaining both client-side and server-side components of web applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the stack and is passionate about delivering high-quality code and user experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.

•

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional features.

•

Write clean, testable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend components.

•

Implement responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks.

•

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

•

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

•

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Education and Professional Licensing or Certifications:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology

•

Alternative Pathways: Coding bootcamps (e.g., General Assembly, Flatiron School), Self-taught developers with strong portfolios are often highly valued

•

Certifications (Recommended): General Web Development, such as Meta Front-End / Back-End / Full-Stack Developer Certificate (Coursera) or Apple Mobile Web Specialist Certification

•

Cloud & DevOps: AWS Certified Developer – Associate or Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate

•

Other: Microsoft Certified Power Platform App Maker Associate (if working with low-code tools)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

You’ll also work closely with our data engineering team to support and enhance data pipeline solutions, particularly leveraging Azure Data Lake and related cloud technologies.

•

Proficient in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

•

Strong backend experience using Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or similar.

•

Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.

•

Knowledge of iOS frameworks such as SwiftUI, UIKit, CoreData, and Combine.

•

Experience developing and maintaining native iOS applications using Swift and/or Objective-C.

•

Familiarity with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and mobile UI/UX best practices.

•

Knowledge of iOS frameworks such as SwiftUI, UIKit, CoreData, and Combine.

•

Ability to integrate mobile apps with backend services and APIs.

•

Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

•

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

•

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

•

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

•

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

•

Experience integrating data pipelines into full-stack applications.

•

Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Azure Data Factory, or similar tools like Apache Airflow.

•

Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake architecture, including ingesting, processing, and storing large-scale datasets.

Physical Requirements

•

Must work onsite in our Fort Worth Office, with potential to travel.
