We are looking for Building Day Porter to take care of our building and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH AND SPANISH
Responsibilities
•
Clean and maintain designated building areas as per schedule OUTSIDE and INDISE
•
Communicate with guests and tenants as needed
•
Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects outside and inside building as needed
•
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
•
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
•
Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
•
Proven working experience as a janitor/Porter
•
Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery
•
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
•
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
•
Integrity and ability to work independently
Locations
Downtown Orlando M-F
6:30am - 3:30pm - 1 hour lunch
$16.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
