Gardner / Landscape Foreman

TurfWorks is looking for crew foreman. Pay is dependent on experience and varies between $12.50 and $20/hr. Valuable experience would include any horticultural experience in flowerbed maintenance, standard trimming practices for Oklahoma plant species, and a general will to learn and work hard. Pay is depending on experience. Foremen are required to have a valid driver's license with clean driving record and the ability to use a smart phone to coordinate scheduling and routing. Most weeks M-F, rain delay weeks will require weekends on occasion.

We maintain properties ranging from single family residential to large institutional campuses. Crew size ranges from 2 to 5 people per crew. Ability to get along well with others is paramount. TurfWorks has a team culture and upward mobility within the company. Opportunities range from moving from crew member to leading your own crew to spray applicators and management and sales roles. Vacation and PTO are offered to those with 1 year+ of continuous service.
