Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Oil and Gas Plant Account Manager to oversee client accounts within downstream operations. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a background in plant environments, and a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

•

Manage and develop strategic client relationships in downstream oil and gas facilities.

•

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

•

Lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring performance targets are met.

•

Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs and maintain high service levels.

•

Handle multiple priorities and projects while maintaining attention to detail.

•

Identify business development opportunities and drive client satisfaction and retention.

•

Travel as necessary to client sites, meetings, and industry events

Required Qualifications:

•

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

•

Minimum of 3 years of experience in downstream plant operations.

•

Valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).

•

Demonstrated safety-first mindset in all aspects of work.

•

Strong drive and ambition with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

•

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

•

Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.

•

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

•

Prior account management experience in the oil and gas industry.

•

Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools.
