Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Oil and Gas Plant Account Manager to oversee client accounts within downstream operations. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a background in plant environments, and a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and develop strategic client relationships in downstream oil and gas facilities.
•Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
•Lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring performance targets are met.
•Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs and maintain high service levels.
•Handle multiple priorities and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
•Identify business development opportunities and drive client satisfaction and retention.
•Travel as necessary to client sites, meetings, and industry events
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in downstream plant operations.
•Valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
•Demonstrated safety-first mindset in all aspects of work.
•Strong drive and ambition with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
•Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
•Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Prior account management experience in the oil and gas industry.
•Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools.
