Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team. As a Gas Station Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development. Duties: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with fueling their vehicles and provide any necessary assistance - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Upsell products such as snacks, beverages, and car accessories - Perform product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of select items - Maintain cleanliness of the gas station, pumps, and store area - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Monitor fuel levels and report any issues or discrepancies to management - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Requirements: - Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred - Strong cash handling skills - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a positive manner - Basic knowledge of technology sales is a plus - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
