Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to support construction projects, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities: - Perform physical labor on construction sites - Assist with loading and unloading materials - Operate hand and power tools under supervision - Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards - Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks - Help with setting up and securing job sites Requirements: - Previous experience in construction or related field is a plus - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions - Knowledge of basic hand tools and power equipment - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
