OAKVILLE
Turnkey Modular Systems designs and custom manufactures piping systems, structures and tanks. We offer customized process systems that meet the modular needs of the pharmaceutical and food industries.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The General Labourer is responsible for performing various shop floor duties and will operate specific tools and equipment once trained. Should have an interest in welding.
Responsibilities
•
Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate, troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively.
•
Perform mechanical tasks as required, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
•
Utilize Microsoft Office and computer skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
•
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
•
Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
•
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of tools and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•
Previous production/operations experience.
•
Mechanical aptitude
•
Some welding experience is an asset
•
Willing to learn and operate welding equipment.
•
Ability to operate saw and other tools and equipment.
•
Basic to intermediate computer skills. (MS Office)
•
Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities

•
Must be able to stand, sit, bend, climb, lift, grasp or any combination of these.
•
Able to lift 30lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
