Imerys, the world's leading specialty minerals supplier, seeks a highly motivated strategic leader with strong technical competence to own our global Diatomaceous Earth business. Lead full P&L responsibility while driving cross-functional excellence across our international operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end DE portfolio strategy, maximize global profitability, and execute pricing optimization

Orchestrate activities across Senior Management, Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D teams globally

Lead growth opportunity assessment, competitive analysis, and M&A evaluation

Optimize product mix, champion S&OP processes, and drive manufacturing efficiency through rigorous cost analysis

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Business, or Engineering preferred)

10+ years in strategic product management, finance, operations, or sales in cross-functional environments

Strong business acumen, financial analysis expertise, and executive-level communication abilities

Proven ability to influence and drive results in matrix organizations

Comfortable with up to 50% travel (West Coast US, Mexico, EMEA, APAC)
