Job Overview

Earth Right Mid-Atlantic, Virginia's premier solar and energy efficiency company, is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and visual communication, with the ability to bring innovative ideas to life. This role requires proficiency in various design tools and an understanding of both digital and print media. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Duties

•

Develop and design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.

•

Create visual concepts and layouts for print materials such as brochures, flyers, and postcards.

•

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality designs while adhering to project deadlines and brand guidelines.

•

Conduct photo manipulation and retouching to enhance visual content.

•

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistency in branding across all platforms.

•

Design motion graphics and animations for video content as needed.

•

Take and edit photos needed as graphic elements in design.

•

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and projects.

•

Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

•

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Qualifications

•

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.

•

Experience with HTML is a plus for web-related projects.

•

Strong skills in sketching, visual design, and photo manipulation.

•

Knowledge of motion graphics tools is preferred but not required.

•

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work is required.

•

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

•

Attention to detail and a passion for creativity are essential traits for success in this role.

Pay: $16.39 - $20.96 per hour
