Hardware Machine Operator - Day Shift (Precision Metal Component Manufacturing)

Develops setups and installs various types of hardware per customer prints and manufacturer specifications.

Pay and Benefits

Starting pay for this position is $18.00/hour – Higher Pay Available Based on Experience!

Our pay ranges are guided by the discipline, level, and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including desired skills/ technical competency, relevant experience, and advanced education/ training.

Signing Bonus

To welcome you to our team and show our commitment to your success, we are offering a signing bonus of $500.00! This bonus will be awarded in two installments, 50% upon successful completion of probationary period and the balance paid upon completion of one year of service with IMC.
