Head Custodian

Full time after 5:30 pm Monday - Friday. every one in while sundays. Fill in Cleaning for for open building, fill in when cleaners are out. Inspect buildings, take supplies to buildings.

Knoxville and surrounding areas, this is evening hours only. Must be on time and reliable, must have transportation and pass background investigation. Work background in commercial Janitorial helpful.

In the role of Head Custodian, you will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will leverage your janitorial and custodial experience to manage cleaning operations effectively. Your core skills in commercial cleaning and floor care will be essential in maintaining high standards. Additionally, your relevant experience in facilities maintenance and industrial cleaning will enhance operational efficiency.
