Imagine steering the integration of innovative IoT, Edge and Energy Automation solutions into our grid enhancing portfolio, driving product development, and influencing market applications. You will play a pivotal role in defining our product strategies, ensuring our offerings are not only market-ready but also sustainable and customer-focused. Your insights will guide our initiatives in grid planning, operation, and maintenance, positioning us at the forefront of the evolving energy landscape!

Defining and delivering product strategies, enabling go-to-market solutions, focusing on innovation.

Collaborate closely with other business units to integrate innovative solutions, enhancing our market offerings and strategic position.

Delivering products, solutions and services that are balanced, supports our operations with excellence and address customer needs.

•

Leading the charge in market trend analysis to unearth new opportunities and steer the direction of initiatives within the realm of grid technologies and improvements.

•

Nurturing a culture of innovation and forward-thinking across multidisciplinary teams, promoting a well-rounded and coordinated approach to addressing the challenges and opportunities within the energy sector.

Establishing and furthering strong industry relationships, thereby positioning the organization as a leader in grid improving technologies through strategic insights and customer-centric solutions.

What You Bring

•

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred. 8+ years industry experience, with a combination of experience in the energy sector, especially IoT, Edge, Energy Automation and grid improvements.

•

Experienced in diverse energy sector projects, demonstrating critical thinking, innovation, customer focus, program management, and portfolio management skills. Experience in adapting to and navigating the complexities of the power transmission and distribution landscape, with a keen eye on future trends and technological advancements.

•

An inherent ability to travel as needed to align with strategic business objectives and collaborator engagements, both regionally and globally.

•

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, showcasing the ability to influence and drive initiatives across multidisciplinary teams and geographical boundaries.

•

Outstanding interpersonal and effective communication; adept at managing relationships within a multi-stakeholder environment, prioritizing effectively, and guiding strategic discussions towards actionable outcomes.

•

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
