Highway Heavy - Traveling Utility Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Highway Heavy Traveling Utility Foreman to lead and manage utility installation crews on a variety of highway and heavy civil construction projects across Central and Northern Minnesota, Iowa, and the broader Upper Midwest region. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality standards are met, and acting as a liaison between crews and project management.

This is a traveling role with frequent overnight stays required. All travel expenses are covered by the company, with per diem provided.
