Introduction
VCS Billing serves the multi-family/multi-unit property management sector for sub-metered electric, gas, and water systems for residential and commercial accounts.

Hours range approx. from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Mon-Fri.
Responsibilities
Facilitate all aspects of HR, including but not limited to:
•Support management with recruiting, hiring, and terminations
•Support management with coaching and counseling requirements and documentation
•Conduct orientation and training programs
•Monitor training compliance and schedule staff
•Assist management with compensation documentation and recommendations
•Conduct harassment and incident investigation
•Timesheet administration, corrections, and approvals
•Assist Payroll Admin with payroll duties
•Maintain and update job requirements and job descriptions
•Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements
•Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures
•Other duties as assigned

•Familiarity with scanning and e-filing confidential documents
•Ability to maintain confidentiality in all employee and client matters
•Self-motivated with the ability to work virtually and independently
•Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or relevant field, or minimum 4 years of equivalent work experience
•SHRM or similar HR Certification is preferred but not required
