About This Job

We are looking for an individual (BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH) that is dedicated and ambitious. someone that is passionate about helping customers and team mates. Someone that will always provide an Energetic welcome to new customers and to teammates. Some one coachable, accountable, responsible , team player and fast learner! You will be constantly working with an air conditioning technician and talking with clients. Salary plus commission!!!

Customer Services Representative / Dispatcher duties and responsibilities,

At ALL times carry a sense of urgency !

•

Answer customer questions and concerns promptly with professionalism at ALL times

•

Following up on previous customers for potential sales

•

Maintaining records of customers

•

Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers

•

Ensuring that customers are satisfied with our services

•

Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases

•

Completing inside sales from start to finish of the services done for a customer

•

Perform dispatching and scheduling of field staff.

•

Regularly review and monitor progress of our set appointments and potential service calls.

Pay: $35,200.00 - $60,430.00 per year
