HVAC Maintenance & Sales Technician

Looking for a technician who is profitable by low number of callbacks. Will give the customer an honest evaluation. Someone who understands what it costs to have a truck on the road & is able to provide good customer service.

We train our technicians, as every company works differently.

We are looking for someone who is hungry and wants to work. Help us grow. Which will creating new positions and oppertunities.

We strictly work in Palm Beach & Martin County.

What we expect from you:

A technician is someone who not only knows how to diagnose something correctly but has good customer service and is detailed in their paperwork. Someone who knows how to cover themselves and the company.

Consistency is valuable. Not being in a rush to leave but willing to stay until its correct.

We are a growing company that takes pride in their appearance which is why we wear uniforms, have all of our trucks being painted and re-decaled.

We recommend products like Carrier, Trane, & Lennox.

We use Service Titian for our invoicing & estimates.

We value our technicians and work with them to be stronger and better at their daily tasks.
