Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in property maintenance. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
•
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration systems.
•
Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to identify issues.
•
Weld and plumb as necessary for system installations and repairs.
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service operations.
•
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining service procedures.
•
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
•
Collaborate with other technicians on larger projects to ensure timely completion.
•
Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and techniques.
Requirements
•
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role with a strong understanding of HVAC/R principles.
•
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
•
Familiarity with welding techniques and plumbing practices related to HVAC installations.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
•
Relevant certifications in HVAC or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
