Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC VRF Team Leader to guide our team of technicians in the installation, service, and preventive maintenance of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems across a variety of commercial projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader OR an experienced technician ready to take the next step into leadership, who is highly experienced with multiple VRF system brands and capable of leading by example in the field. The VRF Team Leader will serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting, layout best practices, and system optimization across all stages of the project lifecycle.
