In-Store Guest Engagement Specialist
Love Your Bath - (Authorized Jacuzzi Dealer)
Compensation: Starting at $18/HR + commission (Avg. paycheck is between $600-$700 per wk.)
Role: As an In-Store Guest Engagement Specialist, you'll represent Love Your Bath in high-traffic stores and Home Shows, promoting Jacuzzi® products and bathroom remodeling services. Your goal is to engage customers and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Engage customers and introduce Jacuzzi® products.
•
Generate leads by collecting customer details for follow-up.
•
Maintain an attractive and informative booth.
•
Build relationships with store staff and ensure a seamless experience.
•
Meet performance goals and KPIs.
Requirements:
•
Part-time hours with flexible scheduling (primarily weekends Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun)
•
Must be 18+ and have a smartphone for appointments.
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Experience in sales or promotions (home improvement preferred).
•
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
•
Reliable transportation to/from stores (BJ's, Sam's Club & Costco)
