Responsibilities
•
Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery, work tools and equipment.
•
CNC Lasers: Fiber optic and CO2 and Whitney punch
•
Press Brake, turn rolls, angle punch and angle roll, beam line.
•
Welding machines, forklifts, man lifts, Air compressors
•
Powder coating line, conveyors, blaster, wash station, preheat/cure ovens, and paint booths.
•
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues.
•
Providing technical support and plant leadership for equipment troubleshooting and equipment modifications
•
Understanding, initiating, and participating in Root Cause Analysis
•
Performing both uptime and down time preventative maintenance
•
CHALLENGING yourself to get the JOB DONE RIGHT
Qualifications
•
Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, and weekends
•
Ability to operate within a safety culture
•
Minimum of a high school education or GED
•
Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance or related industry experience
•
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
•
Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces
•
Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms
•
Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, and gloves when required
•
Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environmental working conditions
•
Willing to work around industrial high-speed moving machinery
