Our client, a well-established multi-disciplinary firm specializing in land planning, civil engineering, and environmental solutions, is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee and drive successful project execution. Key responsibilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):
•Manage land development projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met.
•Serve as the main contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships.
•Lead and support project teams for efficient collaboration.
•Oversee design and planning of site layouts, grading, stormwater management, and infrastructure.
•Ensure designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
•Manage project budgets, schedules, and potential challenges.
•Coordinate with regulatory agencies for permits and approvals.
•Identify and address project risks.
•Review design documents, construction plans, and reports.
•Work with sub-consultants, contractors, and vendors.
•Support business development through proposals and client engagement.
Required and desired skillsets, experience, and qualifications for this role:
•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
•Engineer-in-Training (EI) certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or actively pursuing.
•Minimum of 5+ years of experience in civil site design, land development, or a related field.
•Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant design and project management software.
•Strong understanding of civil engineering design principles and construction processes.
•Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
•Experience with risk management and problem-solving in engineering projects.
•Ability to lead meetings and interact with clients and stakeholders.
•Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a track record of successfully managing teams.
•Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
•Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create Excel trackers, and be able to use Word and PowerPoint for reporting/presentations via teams or in-person
