Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products and systems, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This job does require you to do some heavy lifting when installing. Pay will increase depending on if employee can provide their own tools and transportation.
Duties
•
Perform installations of products according to specifications and guidelines.
•
Conduct thorough inspections of completed installations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
•
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
•
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
•
Provide exceptional customer service during installations, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
•
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on-site.
Requirements
•
Proven experience in installation or a related field is preferred.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
•
Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies.
•
Valid driver’s license is required.
•
Able to speak English and Spanish preferred.
•
Able to lift at least 40 lbs.
