SUMMARY:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing all operational aspects and client relationships within Imperative Chemical Partners' Improved Oil Recovery (IOR) Operations Division. This role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating personnel and resources, and consistently delivering exceptional service quality. The Account Manager embodies and promotes Imperative’s core values of Safety, Stewardship, Integrity, and Service Excellence, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency to achieve customer satisfaction.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring strict compliance with Imperative Chemical Partners (ICP), OSHA, customer-specific safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Manage operational costs effectively by overseeing accurate and timely billing, invoicing, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Provide comprehensive operational updates, performance analytics, and inventory reports to management, ensuring transparency in operations and client interactions.

Schedule and manage IOR operational resources, including personnel deployment, equipment allocation, and logistical coordination, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.

Lead, supervise, and mentor field service technicians, promoting timely job completion, accurate execution of responsibilities, and continuous professional development.

Serve as the primary liaison between ICP and customer representatives, managing relationships proactively, addressing client concerns promptly, and ensuring clarity in communication.

Regularly conduct onsite visits to evaluate operational quality, compliance with safety protocols, equipment reliability, and overall customer satisfaction.

Investigate, document, and resolve operational variances, discrepancies, or safety incidents promptly, ensuring clear communication of corrective measures and process improvements.

Maintain accurate and efficient inventory management practices, conduct routine audits, inventory reconciliations, and promptly address discrepancies.

Foster and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication about operational expectations, timelines, technical requirements, and resource allocation.

Champion the company's standards for Service Excellence, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance of company resources including equipment, vehicles, and technology.

Ensure consistent availability, proper use, and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), emphasizing a culture of safety within the team.

Coordinate rig-up and rig-down operations, oversee equipment calibration processes, chemical injection accuracy, and meticulous record-keeping.

Safeguard and maintain company assets, ensuring that equipment, vehicles, and tools are in excellent working condition and readily available.

Fulfill additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management in response to business needs, operational changes, or specific customer requests.


REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with an ability to clearly communicate expectations and resolve conflicts.

Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in mentoring, training, and managing teams.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, especially in inventory management, resource allocation, and operational planning.

Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.

Physically capable of performing field duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, ladders, and navigating elevated platforms as needed.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in chemical pumping, hydraulic fracturing, or oilfield service operations.

Experience with inventory control systems and accurate inventory management.

Knowledge of chemical handling, injection processes, and familiarity with equipment such as pumps, flowmeters, and related fittings.

Possession of a valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement.

Understanding of frac operations, overall site logistics, and operations.

Proven ability to analyze operational performance data and recommend process improvements.
