IT Support Internship

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:* Computer Deployment: + Unbox and inventory new computer hardware. + Perform operating system imaging and software installation. + Configure computers according to company standards. + Prepare computers for shipment to employees at various remote sites. + Package and ship computer equipment securely. + Assist in organizing and maintaining accurate inventory of IT equipment. + Label and track equipment using inventory management systems. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment. + Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware issues (e.g., monitor problems, peripheral connectivity). + Perform basic hardware repairs or replacements under supervision. + Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person. + Assist users with basic software and hardware issues. + Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff. + Help to maintain a trouble ticket system. + Assist the IT team with various projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:* Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Hourly Rate: 20.00
