Our Janitorial Services Area Field Manager will represent our company to the public, clients, and vendors. Our clients judge us based upon appearance, presence, knowledge, professionalism, and ultimately - performance. The position will be responsible for Field management of Janitorial Sites and Personnel in the greater Upstate New York area. The position will be responsible for the management and development of Janitorial staff and conducting site visits/inspections.
The position will ensure that Service Level Agreements are met; communicate as necessary with the client and manage special requests to a successful conclusion.
