Summary
We are seeking a Janitor to join our team at A&G Maintenance. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and order in both residential and commercial spaces, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional maintenance services.
Responsibilities
•
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting in designated areas.
•
Maintain cleanliness of floors, restrooms, and common areas to ensure a safe environment.
•
Handle industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
•
Assist with custodial duties in both residential and commercial settings.
•
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or repairs.
•
Collaborate with team members to complete larger cleaning projects efficiently.
Requirements
•
Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles preferred.
•
Strong understanding of facilities maintenance practices.
•
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
•
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
•
Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus.

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
