Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience in a similar position, and the ability to work on construction sites. Pay scale will vary based on knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities:
•
Install water supply, waste, and vent systems for new construction/multi family.
•
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to ensure accurate installations.
•
Train others in pipe laying techniques
•
Communicate professionally with clients, builders, and team members.
•
Utilize power tools for cutting, crimping and threading pipe
•
Help layout pipe routes, following specifications/blueprints while coordinating with co- workers
•
Perform heavy lifting tasks when required
•
Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations
•
Ensure compliance with plumbing codes
Requirements:
•
Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber Foreman
•
Proficient in using various hand and power tools
•
Ability to interpret blueprints and building specifications
•
Strong mechanical aptitude
•
Capability to work in diverse environments including construction sites
•
Knowledge of plumbing techniques such as soldering, threading, crimping
•
Experience installing black threaded, PVC, PEX, Copper and CPVC piping
