Role: Part-Time Team Member/Junk Removal Tech

•

Pay: $20–$23/hr to start, PLUS daily tips and performance incentives.

•

Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends!)

•

What You’ll Do:

•

Pick up and transport items safely and efficiently.

•

Deliver exceptional customer service—engage with clients, smile, and ensure they have a great experience.

•

Maintain a professional appearance and attitude—wear your uniform with pride and leave a lasting impression.

•

Educate customers on pricing and services to ensure 100% satisfaction.

•

Safely handle, load, and transport customer items, disposing of them responsibly while achieving revenue goals.

•

Conduct daily truck inspections to ensure your vehicle and equipment are in top condition.

•

Avoid mistakes that could impact customer satisfaction or equipment reliability.

Qualifications:

•

A valid driver’s license with no driving infractions (clean driving record required).

•

Ability to pass a background check.

•

Dependable, punctual, and ready to go the extra mile for teammates and clients.

•

A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for exceptional service.

•

Physically capable of tackling a labor-intensive role, including heavy lifting.
