Kitchen and Bathroom Designer

Job description

As a Kitchen & Bath Designer, you will be responsible for developing exceptional design concepts, producing detailed plans in Chief Architect, and managing material selections and ordering. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can efficiently coordinate with vendors, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

-Chief Architect Expert: Create accurate and detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings (NO CAD).

-Material Selection & Ordering: Source and manage materials, including cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and finishes.

-Project Coordination: Work closely with clients, vendors, and our in-house construction team.

-Client Presentations: Develop and present design concepts that align with client expectations.

-Multi-Tasking: Manage 8+ projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

-Problem-Solving: Address design challenges quickly and effectively.

Experience:

-Chief Architect Proficiency (REQUIRED) – Must have hands-on experience with the software.

-Creative & Detail-Oriented – A strong eye for design and functionality.

-Highly Organized & Efficient – Able to juggle multiple projects without missing deadlines.

-Strong Communicator – Comfortable presenting ideas and working with various personalities.

-Experienced & Educated – Background in Interior Design or Architecture preferred.
