In business for almost half a century, we’re currently seeking a skilled Landscape Installation and Construction Foreman to lead our installation crews in building award winning, custom landscapes that reflect both quality and creativity. What You Bring

•

We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of landscape installation and construction supervisory experience who excels in leadership, organization, and outdoor operations.

•

Leadership Abilities: Lead, supervise, and train a crew in the installation of landscaping and outdoor construction projects, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor entertaining areas, firepits, plantings, lawns/sod, drainage system, outdoor lighting, minor irrigation repairs, and more.

•

Operational Expertise: Understanding of materials management, safety protocols, and equipment coordination.

•

Equipment Knowledge: Operate machinery such as skid steers, mini excavators, sod cutters, rototillers, and more.

•

Communication Skills: Ability to connect with team members, management, and clients effectively.

•

Reporting: Ensure work is completed to high standards of quality, safety and efficiency. Monitor and report job progress, material use, and crew performance accurately.

•

Problem-Solving Mindset: Confidence and creativity to adapt to challenges and deliver solutions.

•

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physical tasks.

•

Valid driver's license that is insurable.

Leadership: Supervise and coordinate daily work within the irrigation department.

•

Training: Train team members on proper construction and installation techniques.

•

Provide In Field Leadership: Work hands-on with the team to ensure project profitability and client satisfaction.

•

Upholding Safety: Enforce safety standards and best practices on every job site.

•

Representing the Company: Interact with clients professionally, upholding our commitment to excellence.
