About This Job

Crew Leader - Responsible for running a landscaping maintenance/installation crew of two to three employees. Requirements:

•

Valid drivers license

•

Clean driving record

•

Minimum 2 years experience as a crew leader in the landscape industry

•

Ability to work outdoors during extreme heat and/or cold weather

•

Ability to speak/read/write in English

•

Physically able to perform job tasks

•

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Expectations:

•

Comply with company policies and procedures and safety requirements

•

Read and follow all company work materials, lists, and guidelines

•

Customer service and interacting with clients on the job site as needed

•

Work effectively with team members of different abilities and skill levels

•

Use all tools, equipment, and machinery properly and safely

•

Maintain a clean and safe work environment when on a job site

•

Able to communicate in English

•

Punctual, courteous, reliable, and responsible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
