We are a premier high-end residential landscaping company seeking a skilled Landscape Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, inventory, basic accounting, and reporting while coordinating with the account manager and maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

•

Scheduling & Crew Management: Develop and manage schedules for lawn maintenance, garden maintenance, and planting crews.

•

Accounting & Reporting: Perform basic accounting tasks, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

•

Inventory Tracking: Oversee inventory of landscaping materials, tools, and equipment.

•

Billing: Prepare and manage client billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing in coordination with the account manager.

•

Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships to uphold the company’s high-end service standards.

•

Coordination: Collaborate with the account manager to align operational activities with client expectations.

•

Operational Oversight: Monitor crew performance, ensure quality standards, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in landscaping operations or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for scheduling, reporting, and accounting tasks.

•

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.

•

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage crews, inventory, and client needs.

•

Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a professional demeanor suited for high-end residential clients.

•

Ability to work collaboratively with account managers and cross-functional teams.

•

Knowledge of landscaping practices, materials, and equipment is preferred.

•

Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, or a related field is a plus.

•

Fast-paced, client-focused environment requiring adaptability and attention to detail.
