Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dependable landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the installation and maintenance of landscaping projects including planting, mulching, trimming, hardscaping, and general property clean-up.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Rough Grades/Final Grades
•
Install and maintain landscapes, including plants, shrubs, trees, sod, and mulch
•
Operate landscaping equipment such as skid steers, wheel loaders , edgers, and tillers
•
Assist in the construction of patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other hardscape elements
•
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
•
Maintain a clean and safe job site
•
Follow job site instructions and safety protocols
•
Work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
Qualifications:
•
Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required
•
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically strenuous work
•
Willingness to learn and take direction
•
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
•
Reliable transportation to job sites or company yard
•
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Work Schedule:
•
Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work during peak seasons
•
Start time typically around 7:00 AM; end times vary based on job requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
Schedule:

Evening shift

Night shift
