Lead Carpenter/Remodeler

We are seeking a skilled Remodeler to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for transforming spaces into beautiful and functional areas that meet our clients' needs. Your expertise in various aspects of construction, including installation, restoration, and carpentry, will be invaluable in delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with our team to plan and execute remodeling projects, ensuring they meet our clients' specifications and timelines.- Perform various construction tasks, iincluding framing, insulation, drywall, trim, doors, windows, tile, etc.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

- Hang doors and install frames to ensure a sturdy and secure structure.

- Work closely with carpenters to complete frame carpentry tasks, including building and installing cabinets, shelves, and other woodwork.

- Demonstrate attention to detail and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.

Requirements:

-Hand tools and tool bags.

- Proven experience in remodeling, and carpentry.

- Knowledge of frame carpentry and door hanging.

- Familiarity with the restoration industry and its specific challenges.

- Experience working with hand tools and power tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
