Lead Countertop Installer

Seeking experienced full-time countertop installers to become an integral part of our team.
This job requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, lifting material or equipment.
Skill Requirements & Qualifications:
•
3 years of installation of countertop experienced, required.
•
Valid Driver's License, required.
•
Personable and motivated.
•
Detail-oriented and conscientious.
•
Dedicated to meeting the expectations of Oceana Designs’ clients.
•
Able to work effectively as part of a team and display effective leadership.
•
Able to lift heavy materials.
•
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
•
Ability to be prompt.
•
Able to conduct countertop repairs of natural and engineered stone.
•
Inspect every job at the shop and upon installation to ensure that it meets and exceeds our highest quality standards prior to loading and installation.
•
Read and interpret architectural blueprints.
