Job Description:

The Lead Estimator is responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil

infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, highways, and water treatment facilities. This role

involves analyzing drawings and specifications, performing detailed quantity takeoffs, and

collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure estimates align with

project scope and company goals. The Lead Estimator also mentors junior team members and

supports the bid process from concept to submission.
