POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Lead Partner Advisor will manage client relationships, analyze customer inquiries, and be the main point of contact with our business partners across the organization. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-growing team with an opportunity to support and contribute to the business's operations.

This position will be based out of our office located in Irvine, CA with an in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES* Support team manager to prioritize the business goals with the Jr. Advisors on the team as well as assist with new hire training of the Jr. Advisors.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* Master’s degree in business or another related field.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
