This non-managerial role focuses on implementing improvements, conducting time studies, enhancing visual management, and working closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams to streamline production and eliminate waste. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference on the floor, thrives in fast-paced environments, and loves solving problems through data, observation, and collaboration.
