We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to partner with corporate and field leadership to achieve training and development needs for the company by identifying performance gaps; designing training programs that measurably increase employee performance, satisfaction, and retention/engagement; and evaluating outcomes .
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience building and implementing learning programs and creating learning objectives around relevant knowledge, skills, and behaviors.
