Legal Counsel - Canada

Framatome is seeking a Canadian lawyer to join the North America legal team. The position will be based in Framatome's Pickering, Ontario office.

What You’ve Accomplished

You have completed a Law Degree from an accredited law school. You have at least 6 years of experience in a law firm or corporate environment. You must have passed the appropriate provincial bar exam and be licensed to practice law. You are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. Handle matters related to corporate governance, commercial contracts, M&A and joint venture transactions, employment and labour law matters, and compliance issues. Review and negotiate service agreements and NDAs as business requires. Lead legal input for the business of Framatome Canada Ltd., including through its interests in joint ventures.
