The Legal Department is looking for a Legal Intern to support a lean and close-knit legal team providing a breadth of transactional and litigation services in the areas of real estate and land use, environmental, mergers and acquisitions, procurement and commercial transactions, corporate matters, federal and state grants and financing, privacy and cyber security, and labor and employment, among others.
The Legal Intern will do more than perform traditional tasks like legal research and draft legal memos but receive hands-on on experience with the substantive matters of in-house practice, like drafting contracts and forms, assisting in legal due diligence, helping to design policies and procedures for legal and business operations, and developing and delivering practical advice to legal issues.
